Spice Modeling Engineer

About the role

This senior engineer will build and validate SPICE compact models for advanced semiconductor process nodes within a foundry design kit team. The work covers setting extraction and sign-off methodology, guiding QA automation, designing test structures, and mentoring junior engineers. A graduate degree in electrical engineering or a related field, plus substantial model-development experience, is required, and Python skills are preferred.
