CPU Power Delivery Engineer

About the role

Drives power delivery and power integrity for high-performance CPU designs, covering IR drop, electromigration, power grid planning and signoff closure. Works across design, package and technology teams to debug issues and support tapeout. Requires a relevant degree with several years of physical design or power experience, plus scripting skills in Tcl and Python or Perl.
