This role leads daily metal fabrication operations on the shop floor, supervising machinists, operators and technicians while driving schedules, safety, quality, cost and continuous improvement. Candidates need several years of fabrication experience, prior production supervision, and working knowledge of Lean, ISO quality systems and OSHA requirements.
