Customer Order Coordinator

About the role

The role enters and manages sales orders from customer purchase orders and internal production and R&D requests. It tracks ship dates with the production team and communicates order status and delivery changes to sales, project managers and customers. It calls for strong organization, time management, communication and problem-solving skills, plus Microsoft Office proficiency.
