Lead ML Ops

About the role

This lead role centers on designing and maintaining automated CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure to deploy and monitor AI models, especially conversational AI, retrieval-augmented generation, NLP and LLM systems. The hire will also mentor engineers, collaborate with data scientists, and keep systems secure and compliant. Candidates need 7+ years of software experience with MLOps, strong Docker and Kubernetes skills, and proficiency in Python, Terraform and major cloud platforms.
