Customer Relations Executive

About the role

This role is the first point of contact for customers, handling questions on quotes and order progress while preparing quotations and processing sales orders with Sales Managers. It also covers CRM and records administration, creating product model numbers and datasheets, and negotiating with suppliers. Entry-level Excel skills and strong organisation are needed; CRM/ERP experience is a plus.
