About the role

This role focuses about 90% on collections: following up on unpaid client invoices, resolving payment issues and disputes, preparing aging reports, and reconciling old accounts. The rest is treasury work such as bank reconciliation, introduced gradually. The role calls for strong bilingual communication in French and English, organization, attention to detail, and interest in AI and automation.
