The role installs, manages and maintains shared storage networks at customer sites, remotely and on-site, and supports product qualification, pre-sales design and technical support. It calls for deep knowledge of network-attached and storage-area systems and their components, solid Ethernet and Fibre Channel networking, experience across Linux, Windows and macOS, and preferably several years in a broadcast or post-production setting.
