About the role

This role improves voice AI models by finding where they fall short, designing evaluations that show whether a change works, and curating or generating data to fine-tune them. Engineers are expected to ship fixes to production within weeks. Strong deep learning training and evaluation skills, plus Python and PyTorch experience, are needed.
