About the role

Owns the text-to-speech research roadmap end to end, setting technical direction, driving model improvements into production, and building evaluation frameworks. Requires hands-on expertise in speech generation or audio generative modeling, experience leading researchers through tech lead managers, and fluency in using AI as a default work tool.
