About the role

Improve core inference services for speech processing, covering networking, audio transcoding, latency and memory optimization, and distributed compute scheduling. Requires 3+ years of backend experience, Rust or C/C++ with Python, git, and UNIX systems; ML framework knowledge is a plus.
