Pre-Employment Program Manager

About the role

The role owns pre-employment screening from accepted offer to start date, including background checks and drug and alcohol testing for DOT and non-DOT populations. It manages the screening vendor, designs a documented cross-functional process, and works with compliance and legal on FCRA-compliant adjudication. Candidates need 5+ years in people or recruiting operations and working knowledge of FCRA and DOT/PHMSA rules.
