Onboarding Operations Specialist (Contract)

About the role

Runs the end-to-end onboarding of new hires, from offer acceptance through their first week, including HRIS record setup, Jira ticket queues, and data changes. Coordinates with IT, payroll, travel and hiring managers, handles new hire communications, and completes I-9 and E-Verify checks. Based onsite in San Francisco; needs meticulous data handling and a welcoming, high-touch approach.
