Leads technical accounting research and financial reporting oversight, analyzing complex transactions such as debt, equity, consolidation and leases under US GAAP. Duties include writing accounting memos, contributing to SEC filings and MD&A, setting global policy, and liaising with external auditors. Requires a CPA with six-plus years of accounting and audit experience and strong technical and writing skills.
