About the role

The role bridges technical teams and legal and finance, negotiating and drafting SLAs, managing cloud and software licensing transitions, and overseeing renewals. It requires three to five years in IT procurement or contract administration, cloud and virtualization knowledge, CLM and ERP experience, and familiarity with privacy compliance such as DPAs and GDPR.
