The role leads developer experience for a large engineering organization, building and maintaining the tools, paved paths, and pipelines that cover local development, builds, code review, CI, and AI tooling. The person sets long-term technical direction, justifies investments under ambiguity, and reduces friction across the software lifecycle. Strong Go skills, Kubernetes experience, and a DevOps or SRE background are needed.
