About the role

This on-shift role coordinates safe operation of a power facility's equipment during normal and emergency conditions, using control systems to monitor and adjust parameters. The operator handles chemical analysis, lockout tagout issuance, troubleshooting of issues, and mentoring team members. Candidates need 10+ years in power plant settings, strong mechanical aptitude, and knowledge of hazardous energy and regulatory compliance.
