Contracts Coordinator

About the role

The role manages technology contract workflows in a contract lifecycle system, drafting and negotiating MSAs, SOWs, DPAs and SLAs for SaaS, IaaS and network deals. It requires 2 to 4 years of IT procurement or contract administration experience, understanding of cloud and data center network security, and the ability to translate engineering needs into contract terms.
