Senior Cloud Support Engineer - Weekend Shift

About the role

This role provides primary technical support to customers of a GPU cloud platform, handling triage, incident management, and on-call escalations around the clock. It needs strong Linux and CLI skills, container orchestration and workload tooling, HPC networking knowledge such as InfiniBand and RDMA, and several years of customer support experience.
