Senior Manager, Facilities Remote Operations Center

About the role

Leads a 24/7 remote monitoring center that watches electrical, mechanical, and fire/life safety systems across a national data center portfolio. Requires 5+ years of data center operations, people leadership of rotating shift teams, incident and root cause analysis experience, and MEP and DCIM/BMS fluency for high-density AI environments. The role is based onsite in Dallas and includes off-hours escalation availability.
