Leads the Developer Experience group, owning engineering tools and paved paths used across the organization, including an AI agent platform and its standard coding, review and maintenance agents. Requires prior DevX leadership including managing managers, Kubernetes and container expertise, Go proficiency, and a DevOps or SRE background focused on developer productivity.
