Staff Product Designer

About the role

This staff-level design role owns product direction and architecture for a B2B SaaS platform in the video industry, turning complex business logic and fragmented research into scalable design frameworks. The person will define the design system, partner with engineering and leadership, mentor senior designers, and defend design tradeoffs. A strong portfolio of end-to-end complex platform ownership is required.
