About the role

This principal-level reliability role owns availability and durability of critical production services, defining SLIs, SLOs and error budgets while leading incident response and automating operational toil. It calls for a decade-plus of systems or SRE experience, strong Linux and storage knowledge, Kubernetes operations, scripting, and the ability to apply AI tooling to platform stability.
