About the role

The role covers customer project delivery for video platforms across South Europe and the Middle East, including factory acceptance tests, on-site deployments, site acceptance tests, and customer training. It also provides multichannel technical support, reproduces issues, and manages incidents in Jira. It requires Linux administration, networking, Docker and Kubernetes skills, and fluent English.
