About the role

The role covers customer project deployment, factory and site acceptance testing, and multichannel technical support, including incident management and training. It requires Linux administration, networking knowledge (TCP/IP, VLAN, multicast), Docker and Kubernetes skills, and familiarity with video streaming protocols, plus fluent French and English and willingness to travel across EMEA.
