About the role

The intern supports private equity funds on commercial due diligence, market modelling, and target screening across the pre-deal M&A process. Tasks include market and competitor research, expert interviews, business plan validation, and maintaining an investor database. Candidates should be economics or engineering students in at least their third semester, with strong Excel and PowerPoint skills and fluent German and English.
