NBCUniversal is launching a self-serve Performance Insights Hub to provide advertisers with real-time streaming campaign data and is expanding programmatic access to live sports inventory. The initiative, discussed in an interview with NBCU executive Kristina Shepard, focuses on improving measurement capabilities and accessibility for small and medium-sized brands on Peacock.

The initiative leverages Vizio TV inventory to allow advertisers to link streaming ad campaigns with in-store and online sales data for closed-loop measurement.
Roku is promoting its Action Ads format and AI-driven home screen features to attract bottom-of-funnel performance marketing budgets. By enabling remote-control interactivity and signaling, the company aims to divert spend from traditional search and social platforms toward its connected TV ecosystem.

Index Exchange has detailed the mechanics of the IAB Tech Lab's Agentic Real-Time Framework (ARTF), a new standard designed to execute programmatic trading logic within containerized environments directly inside auction infrastructure. By moving decisioning intelligence locally to the exchange, the framework aims to reduce programmatic bid latency by up to 95% and lower cloud compute costs. The system allows ad verification, identity, and bid enrichment tools to pitch changes in under 10 milliseconds before bid requests reach DSPs.
Bedrock Platform has debuted the first containerized demand-side platform (DSP), deploying its bidder on Index Exchange's Index Cloud infrastructure. This integration aims to enable more efficient and scalable programmatic buying by operating the DSP's custom models and bidder closer to the impression, reducing infrastructure costs and expanding participation across available opportunities. Independent agencies like InterMedia Group and Bay Street Media are among the first to test this new model for AI-driven programmatic decisioning.
Index Exchange announced programmatic support for pause ads across streaming platforms including DIRECTV Advertising, Foxtel, Philo, and Plex.
