The 8K Association (8KA) is a not-for-profit trade organization dedicated to accelerating the adoption of the 8K ecosystem through education, certification, and promotion. Unlike individual companies, 8KA unites key technology and entertainment providers across the entire 8K value chain, from content creation to consumer viewing. Its 8K Association Certification mark ensures products meet exacting performance and interface standards, providing consumers with a trusted benchmark. The association also drives industry collaboration through work groups that address content, distribution, and technical specifications.
Our membership is comprised of leadership companies within the 8K ecosystem working to move 8K forward.
